I decided that food needed a separate page just so it can be easily accessible – there is no doubt that I will spend lots of time writing about and photographing food while I am traveling around Europe. In fact, experiencing the food is probably one of the things I am most excited about for this semester. I’d like to say that I’m a fearless eater when it comes to trying to new things. Whether or not this is really true (as there are some bizarre things out there), we will see!
In addition, I have another personal interest in food blogging. Some of you may not know that I write as Sous Chef, a contributing writer for my mother’s food blog The Kitchenarian. We share recipes and memories on this site, and there is already an expectation set that I will be blogging about the food in Europe on the Kitchenarian as well.
